THANK YOU TO ALL WHO PARTICIPATE!
We Challenge You To Keep Spreading Kindness This Holiday Season!
WHAT IS GBSRAK?
Glenbrook South Random Acts of Kindness, aka GBSRAK, is a campaign that promotes kindness in our greater community. This is the third year of this campaign, which we expect to be the biggest yet! This past summer, state legislators passed Illinois Bill 1199, which officially ratified December 11-17 as "Random Acts of Kindness Week In Illinois"! We are proud of this acheivement, but we know there is more work to be done. We wish to see the entire state come together during this week and as our theme for this year states, to "love others without stopping to ask whether or not if they are worthy". Join us as we spread kindness to those around us!

WHY PARTICIPATE IN GBSRAK?We are hoping that 10 days of intentional acts of kindness will, if all else, change the perspectives of those who participate. We hope people can view something that was once uncomfortable (intentional acts of kindness) to be comfortable and eventually become habit in their daily lives.
So what are you waiting for?! Go out and RAK! |
